Dear seller, when I check my order, there’s just written: The item is pre-advised & A signature is required upon delivery of this item. What does this mean? Around what days my order will be here in Berlin? Kind regards

Dear Seller, sorry, but I don't pay any postage, because it’s your worker who made a fault, not me! So please send me a free return shipment check! If you send me the right shoes again, we can stay in business… Kind regards

Dear Seller, like I was writing you in the last email: 1. I don’t want the shoes you was sending me, because they are not the items I was ordering! If you want them back, send me a free return shipment check! 2. If you do not have the shoes I was ordering, I want ALL money back! I have done nothing wrong! 3. If I don’t get my money back in the next 14 days, I involve my lawyer, because all this really smells like internet-cheating to me! And for sure I will use ALL possibilities to write rewievs about your company in the internet, if my money is not on my account till the 18.12.2014.
This is my last Email to you without my lawyer!
